Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description : As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and scaling the Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role involves managing system configurations, user accounts, and integrated applications while ensuring high data quality and platform performance. You will work closely with stakeholders, drive platform improvements, and provide training to ensure optimal adoption and usability. Roles and Responsibilities : - Manage user and license administration, including onboarding, deactivation, and permissions management. - Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, and dashboards. - Perform data management tasks to maintain data quality and implement automated rules as needed. - Conduct regular system maintenance, including security reviews, updates, and health checks. - Monitor and enhance user adoption through training sessions and addressing support tickets. - Create and manage platform roadmaps and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders. - Oversee sandbox management and DevOps/release processes. - Collaborate with third-party vendors and manage integrations, including HubSpot, DocuSign, and LinkedIn. Skills and Qualifications Required : Technical Skills : - 8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration. - Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced certifications like Platform App Builder are preferred). - Expertise in Salesforce products, particularly Sales Cloud, with the ability to design scalable solutions. - Knowledge of change management and governance processes. - Familiarity with basic triggers and Apex code. Soft Skills : - Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. - Exceptional problem-solving and proactive approach to challenges. - Effective project management and leadership abilities. - Ability to adapt to and familiarize oneself with changes in the Salesforce ecosystem.
