Job Description : - Around 7 years of experience in the IT industry as a Salesforce Developer. - Around 3 years of experience as Salesforce Development Team Lead and as Project Manager. - Hands on experience on LWC, AURA Framework. - Worked on Journey builder creation for sending email and SMS to Customers using Marketing Cloud. - Worked with MuleSoft team and supported in integrating salesforce with other Data systems-. - Worked on Lightning flows for various use cases. - Omni Channel routing the Work Items to Agents based on skills In Service Cloud. - CTI Inbound Calls routing to the CRM System when a call comes based on the Skill set with Nice In-contact Integration. - Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud. - Ability to make Outbound Calls by using Click to Dial Functionality. - Have good knowledge on Pharma services in Service Cloud in Omni Channel. - Worked with ABSA Bank, Standard Bank for their CRM Modules. - Having expertise in Integration mechanism using Named Credentials. - Integrations with External systems and making salesforce available for other systems. - Worked on Streaming APIs for Push Topic and Change Data Capture with MuleSoft. - Implemented Salesforce Survey - Feedback forms for Customers. - Good experience in implementing Object Oriented Programming concepts in Software Development. - Worked on different community cloud requirements like building custom themes and designing customer and partner portals from scratch.
