PHP Developer - Laravel/Symfony

Exciting Opportunity for PHP Developers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance PHP applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation across our digital platforms. Roles And Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom PHP-based solutions to support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable and efficient solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PHP development and digital marketing, and advocate for their adoption within the team. - Develop and maintain PHP-based websites and web applications, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and security. - Optimize code, implement caching strategies, and conduct performance tuning to enhance website speed and user experience. - Integrate PHP-based solutions with various marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing automation platforms. - Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve efficiency. - Design and implement database schemas, queries, and data management processes to support digital marketing analytics and reporting. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate sources and ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Implement security best practices and protocols to protect client data and sensitive information against security threats and vulnerabilities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA, related to data privacy and protection. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development, with a focus on web application development and digital marketing solutions. - Experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including database design, optimization, and query optimization. - Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g, Git) and development workflows (e.g, Agile, Scrum). - Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment (ref:hirist.tech)
