Thanks, Stephen M Hrutka Principal Consultant HRUCKUS LLC Executive Summary: HRUCKUS seeks a full-time certified Program Manager with an active Secret Clearance to join a dedicated team at Hanscom AFB. Position Description: This individual will oversee and drive mission-critical projects supporting defense initiatives, working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including cybersecurity professionals. This role requires a skilled project leader who can balance project timelines, budget, and scope to deliver successful outcomes within DoD standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with defense program requirements. Develop and manage project milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments to maintain project goals and mitigate issues. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectations. Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating collaboration between departments and ensuring efficient workflow. Maintain thorough project documentation, including risk management plans, progress reports, and change management documentation. Conduct regular performance assessments and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements and manage sensitive information following clearance protocols. Position Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, ideally within defense or government sectors.
