No C2C Job Title: Manager/Director of Project Execution (Gas Transmission & Distribution) Location: Massachusetts Duration: Full-time, permanent Salary Range: $125,000–$165,000/year Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, truck/gas allowance (if applicable) Availability: Immediate Company Description: An EPC firm in the energy and renewables space, specializing in gas transmission and distribution (T&D) projects, is seeking a strategic leader to oversee project execution. The company focuses on delivering innovative, high-quality infrastructure solutions while maintaining strong utility relationships and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement standardized project management processes and procedures. Oversee project execution for gas T&D projects, including metering and regulating stations. Build and lead a project management team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff. Collaborate with utilities and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, and resources. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Partner with the contract scheduler to meet project timelines and deliverables. BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in project management within the gas T&D industry. Strong understanding of metering and regulating station projects. Established relationships with utilities and familiarity with regulatory frameworks. Leadership experience, including team building and direct report management. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Site travel required for on-site project oversight and stakeholder engagement. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
