The Role We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: • Booking shifts via neutral vendors – experience in this is essential. • Recruiting top healthcare professionals to meet client needs. • Proficiently using CRM systems to manage candidate and client data. • Driving sales and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. • Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, including booking shifts via neutral vendors. • Strong sales skills and a results-driven mindset. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to streamline recruitment processes. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
