Audit Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and expanding accountancy firm in Leicester as an Audit Manager. You’ll take charge of a varied portfolio of audit clients, including owner-managed businesses, corporate entities, and not-for-profit organisations. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll deliver outstanding client service, manage audit engagements, and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships. Oversee the financial management of audit engagements, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and spot opportunities to offer additional services. Lead, coach, and develop a motivated audit team. Ensure adherence to quality control and risk management procedures. Represent the firm at events and contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities. About You ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive audit experience. Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, FRS 102, ISAs, and Company Law. Proven leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Solutions-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
