Cover Supervisor

Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor Location: Norwich We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Secondary Cover Supervisor to join our team and provide quality education to students in secondary schools. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons in a range of subjects, including mathematics, science, English, and history. Create and implement lesson plans that meet the needs and learning styles of each student. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Manage student behaviour and provide support to students with special educational needs Collaborate with school staff and other teachers to support student success. Adapt to new teaching environments and subject matter quickly. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
