CNC Programmer Turner

CNC PROGRAMMER TURNER We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to work for our client who are located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A CNC TURNER: Programming machines using fanuc controls Read, interpret, follow engineering drawings to manufacture precision parts. A good eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of quality is essential. Whenever possible you will be required to set and operate more than one machine. Maintain delivery of quality projects to scheduled department/Delivery dates. Ensure parts are manufactured to desired tolerances as instructed. Writing and proving programs for machines as required. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: Minimum 2 years' experience working within a precision manufacturing background CNC Programming skills Excellent communication skills THE HOURS: You will work day shift but later in the year it may change to rotating weekly Days at present Monday - Thursday 6am – 4pm THE PAY: You will earn an hourly rate of between £16-18 per hour depending on experience.
