Groundworks Foreman

Groundworks Foreman Salary: £15-£24 per hour Location: Kingsteignton (Fixed Location) Ultim8 Construction is seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to join our team in the Southwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including excavation work, concreting, drainage, kerbing, paving, highway projects, and building projects. We provide transport where possible, along with PPE, tools, and training. Long-term employment will be offered after a 3-month trial period. Desirable Tickets/Accreditations: SSSTS Driving License Dumper/Roller operation Tracked Excavator CSCS/CPCS This position can be either employed with benefits or on a self-employed basis, with rates based on skills and experience. Ideal Candidate: Experienced in groundworks Holds relevant tickets/accreditations Strong leadership skills Excellent communication abilities Health and Safety conscious Key Responsibilities: Supervising groundworks projects Ensuring projects are completed on time and to standard Conducting site inspections and managing resources Coordinating with Site Managers and other trades Maintaining Health and Safety standards Ultim8 Construction is a leading construction company known for its high-quality work and commitment to safety.
