This role requires extensive NEC4A experience and offers the chance to manage a project from pre-construction to completion. Key Responsibilities ✔️ Manage all financial and commercial aspects of the project, ensuring strict NEC4A compliance. ✔️ Oversee subcontract procurement and ensure accurate cost reporting. ✔️ Handle valuations, risk management, and change control. ✔️ Collaborate with the client, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery. What We’re Looking For NEC Expertise: Proven track record managing NEC contracts (NEC4A essential). Industrial Experience: Experience on industrial or infrastructure projects is a major plus.
