Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in Calne who are actively looking to recruit a Welder/Fabricator to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: TIG and MIG welding, ensuring that products are accurately manufactured in an effective and timely manner Working to continuously improve the production processes to extend efficiency, quality and meet the changing needs of the businessWhat you will need to succeed: Previous TIG / MIG Welding / fabricating experience essential Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach and eye for detail Able to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and priorities.
