Project Control Assessor Location: Birmingham Salary: Competitive, with benefits package A leading provider of services to the energy, industrial, and petrochemical sectors is seeking a Project Control Assessor to join their team. This role focuses on monitoring, coaching, and assessing learners to ensure their success in both internal and external training programs. Key Responsibilities: Execution: Support learners through coaching and assessment, aligning training with site operations to maximise timely completion. Governance: Adhere to national laws, regulations, and company operating procedures. Innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Communication: Build relationships internally to leverage expertise and satisfy requirements. People Development: Support the professional development of learners and take accountability for your own. Experience and Qualifications: Experience in project control within sectors such as nuclear, petrochemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, or thermal. Extensive craft trade or site role experience. Relevant qualifications: Project Control certification, TDLB D32/D33 Assessor, A1 or TAQA, TDLB D34, V1 or IQA. CCNSG Safety Passport. Strong IT and literacy skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to short notice needs. Experience or qualification in coaching/mentoring. Knowledge Required: Proficiency in project control disciplines (planning, costing, estimating). Familiarity with standard operating procedures and legal regulations in the relevant industries.
