Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

We have an opening for a talented and drive Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients Cheltenham team. You will also progress detailed drainage and highways design post-planning to technical approval and construction. Prepare Technical Highways drawings (e.g., preliminary general arrangements, S278, and S38 designs) following National Standards and Council guidelines. Develop Drainage strategies to support planning applications, considering SuDS principles. Prepare Flood Risk Assessments to support planning applications. Liaise with stakeholders, project team members, and clients. Undertake site visits. Support team growth through Business Development and social events. Assist with the development of junior staff. What you need to succeed Hold a relevant Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. Have 3 or more years of relevant experience within the field of Infrastructure/Civil Engineering. Be capable of working independently to deliver engineering solutions to a high standard. Be able to prioritize workload and manage the delivery of multiple projects to defined deadlines. Have a commercial knowledge of the industry and manage financial and time considerations within a project. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and project team members. Want to be part of an exciting, ambitious, and growing team
