The Role Menu Style : Fully branded menu with fresh pasta and wood-fired oven specialties. Team Management : Oversee a brigade of 5 chefs. Operational Details : Restaurant capacity of 70 covers. Weekly turnover of £12,000. Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. What They're Looking For Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to step into a leadership role. Ability to manage a branded menu with confidence and consistency. Strong organizational skills and experience leading kitchen teams. Knowledge of back of house admin and health and safety procedures.
