Maintenance Manager

The HireWorks are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for an excellent company based in North Cambridge. They’re ideally looking for someone with previous experience working within the property sector, however it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for someone coming from a different industry. Typical duties include: Lead and manage the maintenance team. Monitor job tickets and work due to be completed by the department. Manage external contractors for quality and efficiency. Preparing tender specifications Drive continuous improvement to optimize operations. The successful candidate: Proven experience working in a similar management level position. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Excellent communication and IT skills. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
