Water Hygiene Engineer/Technician

Water Hygiene Engineer Location: Glasgow/Dundee (Candidates located anywhere in between are encouraged to apply) Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team, covering Glasgow, Dundee, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in water hygiene services and remedial work, with strong technical skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities: Perform TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing, installation, and maintenance. Carry out remedial tasks, including: Dead leg removal. Installation of tank vents and overflow screens. Ensure compliance with water hygiene and safety regulations. Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate records of work completed. Travel to various client sites across Glasgow, Dundee, and surrounding areas as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer. Competence in TMV servicing and remedial skills, including dead leg removal and tank vent installation. Knowledge of water hygiene regulations and best practices. Full UK driving license. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive and professional approach to works What We Offer: Competitive salary (£27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience). All positions are mobile roles, based from home, and therefore a full driving license is required. 39-hour working week: Monday to Thursday (8 hours) and Friday (7 hours). Half-hour unpaid lunch and one-hour unpaid travel each day (working hours: 08:00–17:30). 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Opportunities for training and career development.
