Nursery Manager – New Setting in Mill Hill

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a unique new setting in Northwest London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding & proven track record in managing early years teams. Looking for an individual willing to be part of the Ofsted pre-registration visit & willing to grow with a new nursery. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of early years practitioners. Curriculum Delivery: Oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum. Parent Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and families. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and safety. Essential Requirements: Level 3 or above qualification in childcare Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager in an early years setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team The Role: Hours: 7:30am to 6pm - Monday to Friday - All Year Round Setting: A unique small setting with a capacity of 15 children.
