Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Project and Commissioning Engineer to join our clients expanding team. This role offers opportunities for personal development and involvement in a variety of exciting multi-million pound projects. Key Responsibilities As an E&I Project and Commissioning Engineer, you will: Provide expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation systems for projects within the Water Industry. Lead Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation projects from concept to completion. Assist in the development and review of Electrical and Instrumentation designs. Manage installation and commissioning activities. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain commissioning documentation. Attend and lead regular meetings with stakeholders. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following: Proficiency in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems, including reading and working with electrical drawings and key documentation. Familiarity with electrical system installations, MCCs (Motor Control Centres), and control panels. Experience in project engineering or similar roles. Ability to manage installation and commissioning activities and resolve issues during the process. Background in the clean and wastewater industry (preferred but not essential). Candidates must hold full right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
