Job Title: Estimator Location: Essex Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) About the Role: We're looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Estimator to join a new and growing division specialising in fencing projects for large main contractors. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a well-established company experiencing steady growth. Key Responsibilities: Estimate material and labour costs for large fencing projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to assess and action incoming leads. Work closely with the Contracts Director to develop proposals and manage project expectations. Assist in pricing strategies to secure contracts in a competitive market.What We're Looking For: Essential Skills: A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role, ideally within fencing or construction. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a go-getter mindset. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. CSCS certification.
