Project Manager - Central London We are currently assisting a reputable main contractor in their search for a Senior/Project Manager. This opportunity is working on a large education scheme in central London. The ideal candidate will have managed schemes of £100million in value. Job role: Project Manager Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 package (Dependant on experience) Location: Central London Start date: ASAP/January 2025 Project Manager responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise Liaising with client and providing updates on works being doneProject Manager Knowledge and skills: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proven experience in construction management or a similar role. Experience working for a main contract on schemes £100million.
