The Building Surveyor position is for an established Liverpool based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment. The role is for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: Professional services Diplapidations, condition reports etc Project based work Instructions Variations Contract administration Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor role are: Minimum of 4 years experience. Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt. Autonomously running projects. Consultancy experience.
