Maths Teacher Location: Redditch Position Type: Full-Time Salary: £150 - £200 per day Start Date: Immediate / January 2025 We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school in the Redditch area. Role Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4. Assess, track, and monitor student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their potential. Inspire and motivate students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for mathematics. Provide support to individual students and groups as required. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the success of the Maths department. Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment. About You The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 levels. Demonstrate a passion for mathematics and the ability to inspire students. Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning.
