Your Role As Deputy Chief Technology Officer, you will: Develop and manage practices and leads across engineering and delivery teams. Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver innovative technology solutions. Govern key boards like the Design Authority to ensure technical excellence. Shape recruitment, training, and retention strategies for tech talent. Foster relationships across government, external sectors, and third-party partners. Ensure delivery teams are equipped with the right skills, tools, and infrastructure. Define and implement technology standards and governance frameworks.What You'll Bring We're seeking a strategic thinker and agile evangelist with: Proven experience delivering complex, agile programs. Deep expertise in digital, data, and technology transformation. Strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating multifunctional teams.
