The Role: ✔️ Assist in managing two refurbishment projects concurrently. ✔️ Support the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring cost control and value maximization. ✔️ Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You Will Be: ✔️ Experience or a strong interest in refurbishment projects. ✔️ Proactive and organized, with excellent communication skills. ✔️ Willing to work on-site around the Midlands region.
