Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm now recognised as one of this region’s leading names. Described as very forward thinking, with a clear strategy, this impressive law firm wish to grow substantially in the next twelve months. The Family team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to clients and handles a range of Divorce and separation , e nding a civil partnership , u nmarried couples, ending an unmarried or cohabiting relationship , resolving the financial issues on divorce, civil partnership dissolution and separation , resolving children issues including parenting arrangements and relocation abroad , relationship agreements including living together / cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, declarations of trust / property ownership agreements and separation agreements , injunctions , collaborative law, mediation and alternative dispute resolution Due to succession planning they now wish to attract an additional member of the team to join with a view to heading the department in the not too distant future. Ideally this person would need at least 5 years PQE and come from either a regional or London background and be looking to join a firm with clear prospects for advancement.
