Legal Secretary (Private Client) Tunbridge Wells £26,000 - £29,000 p/a Full time, permanent Hybrid (3 days working from home) A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join their busy team. With a long history dating back over hundreds of years, this firm have built a solid name for themselves. Their high-quality work makes them a well-known name, not only in Kent but nationally. Main responsibilities Assist solicitors with all aspects of Wills, Estates & Tax Planning, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications. Maintain accurate and organised legal files Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and coordinating calendars. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses. Provide general administrative support to the private client department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. About you You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within private client. You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
