TITLE: Sous Chef - Independent, 1 rosette fine dining restaurant and gastro pub - £40,000 PA Tips £7,000 THE COMPANY: This is a wonderful venue thats been going for a great deal of time and the owners have a strong understanding of the industry. With two dining options on site, one fine dining with one Rosette and the other is a gastro pub it gives anyone that works here a dynamic addition to their CV. Great chance to learn from an experienced & respected head chef Flexible and friendly owners Great staff retention THE POSITION: As Sous Chef, you will be working directly under the Head Chef owner of the Restaurant. This will entail working on any desired section and producing high quality fresh food. You will be assisting in the management of a small team and being sure that the kitchen runs smoothly in the absence of the Head Chef. Producing Rosette standard food Working with the Owner and Head Chef to create new menus Generally not working more than 50 hours per week.
