If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Position: Project Planner – Substations Location: Hybrid (50% on-site, 50% remote) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working both from home and on-site, contributing to critical substation projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, coordinating closely with our multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for substation projects using industry-standard planning tools. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines. Monitor progress and identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to keep projects on track. Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management. Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Planner, preferably with a background in substation projects or similar infrastructure. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams. Flexibility to work on-site and from home, as required by the project needs.
