Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients. Complete detailed reports and documentation for all work performed. Requirements: Level 3 NVQ in Lift Engineering (or equivalent qualification). Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of lifts. Sound knowledge of lift systems, components, and associated technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A valid driving license (required).
