Key Responsibilities: Oversee medication protocols and ensure accurate MAR charts. Identify and implement specialist training for nursing staff. Lead and support the nursing and care team, fostering a positive work environment. Manage staff supervisions, disciplinaries, and recruitment. Conduct weekly clinical audits and drive improvement initiatives. Ensure comprehensive reviews of care plans to pre-empt risks.
