Key Responsibilities As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Year 3 national curriculum. Assess, mark, and provide feedback to monitor pupil progress effectively. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the needs of every learner. Implement structured literacy programmes like Read Write Inc. Phonics to enhance reading and writing skills. Encourage excellent behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
