Your responsibilities will include: Client Focus Leading the delivery of bespoke tax consultancy services to high-net-worth individuals with a focus on wealth planning Overseeing all aspects of personal tax compliance, trust taxation, and strategic advisory projects Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing proactive advice aligned with tax legislation changes Collaborating with the tax team to ensure timely and accurate completion of client assignments Business Development Identifying and generating new business opportunities by offering innovative, forward-thinking solutions Promoting and marketing the firm’s services to new clients while strengthening relationships with existing ones Contributing to the development of new services within private client tax to enhance the firm’s offering Leadership Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth Encouraging a culture of collaboration and innovation, inspiring the team to deliver outstanding results Participating in management meetings and playing an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm About the Firm With over 120 years of history, this Bath-based firm is a leader in accounting and business advisory services in the South West.
