Senior Software Engineer

For Security Vetting, applicants must hold sole British Nationality and be willing to undertake Security Clearance. Our client, a leader within the Cyber Security space is currently growing their intelligence team who support across cutting-edge public-sector projects within the central government space. Currently, they're in search of Senior Engineer's with Full Stack experience across Java or Python with JavaScript/React and have exposure to cloud-based environments with AWS. What you'll need as a Senior Full Stack Engineer: Development experience with one or more of the following: Java Python Javascript - React Cloud Experience: AWS You'll be familiar with agile ways of working You'll have experience with either mentorship or management (or a willingness to take on) What you'll do as a Senior Full Stack Engineer: Designing, developing, and testing software solutions to meet diverse requirements using Java or Python and Javascript/React. Leveraging a variety of technologies, with a focus on open-source components and libraries. Employing tools like GitLab to establish continuous integration pipelines for maintaining software quality and security. Deploying software across various environments, including public clouds (AWS) and private cloud infrastructures. Participating in all phases of the software lifecycle: from project concept and requirements gathering to architecture design, implementation, delivery, training, support, and ongoing maintenance. Leading teams and managing client interactions, depending on experience. Senior Full Stack Engineer Package: £60,000 - £80,000 base (DOE) Company Pension
