Here's what's in it for you: A competitive salary: £35,000-£45,000 (depending on experience) 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) Free on-site parking and corporate perks, including gym and spa membership Access to a health and wellbeing programme What You'll Do Repair and modify injection mould tools Design and manufacture new mould tools Operate workshop machinery, including mills, lathes, grinders, spark eroders, and wire eroders Read engineering drawings and make them reality Tackle projects that genuinely contribute to the growth of the business What You'll Need A proven track record in toolmaking, with solid experience in machining, grinding, and manual bench work Injection mould tool expertise is a must Skilled in manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders) and spark eroders. Wire eroder experience is a bonus-training provided if needed Confident with CAD (ideally SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and some exposure to CAD/CAM systems CNC milling experience (Mazak, Mazatrol, Bridgeport, Heidenhain) But most of all, you'll need the curiosity to learn and the ambition to grow Why Apply?
