Financial Controller

This position requires a Financial Controller with extensive experience in Accounting & Finance, ready to head the department in a Business Services firm based in central Oxford. Client Details The company is a well-established firm in the Business Services sector with over 2,000 employees. Located in central oxford, it is known for its meticulous approach to Accounting & Finance. Description Oversee all financial operations of the company. Develop and implement financial strategies and systems. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders. Manage the Accounting & Finance department, leading the team towards achieving company goals. Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency. Ensure integrity of all financial information. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar. Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP). Proven experience in a managerial position within the Accounting & Finance department. Outstanding mathematical skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Job Offer A competitive salary in the range of £65,000- £75,000 per annum.
