Your Opportunity We are looking to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support the educational outcomes of our pupils. We are looking for an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant with a proven track record of supporting pupils, including pupils with a high level of need. The ideal candidate will have: The minimum of a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent, with proficient practical skills Experience (personal or professional) of working with SEN including Autism, ADHD, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and anxiety Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team Patience and compassion when working with a child with SEN If you are interested in this 1:1 Teaching Assistant opportunity, trial days can be arrangedimmediately We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
