Supply Cover Supervisor - Southwest London Boroughs (January 2025 Start) Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in South West London? We are seeking reliable and dedicated professionals to provide classroom cover in various secondary schools across South London boroughs from January 2025 . Role Overview: Supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a safe and focused learning environment Work between 1 to 5 days per week, depending on availability and school needs Requirements: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in secondary education Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to engage and motivate students in a variety of subjects Adaptability, reliability, and excellent communication skills What We Offer: Competitive daily rates: £100 - £130 per day , depending on experience Flexible work schedule during term time Opportunities to work in a range of schools and build valuable experience If you are passionate about education and ready to make a difference, apply now to join our team and start in January 2025 .
