Job Posting: Primary KS1 Teacher - Mainstream School (Liverpool, L3) Position: Primary KS1 Teacher Location: Liverpool (L3) Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday Duration: Long-term position Daily Rate £160-180 Per day About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive mainstream primary school in the L3 area of Liverpool. The successful candidate will inspire and nurture children in Years 1 and 2 (ages 5-7), ensuring they achieve their full potential in a safe, engaging, and dynamic learning environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the latest National Curriculum standards. Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods. Plan and assess lessons to meet the individual needs of all learners, including those with SEND or EAL. Promote positive behavior management and build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Monitor and track progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies. Qualifications Required Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in education or a relevant subject area. Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in KS1. Up-to-date knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum and phonics programs such as Letters and Sounds or Read Write Inc. A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to apply).
