Generator Engineer Location: Near Falkirk | Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Are you a skilled Generator Engineer seeking a new challenge with a top-tier plant hire company? Competitive Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE overtime opportunities Time Off: 23 days holiday bank holidays (increasing with service) Career Growth: Specialist training and opportunities to gain further qualifications Bonuses & Perks: Annual company bonus, employee discounts, and on-site parking Team Spirit: Become part of a highly supportive and safety-focused engineering team Your Role as a Generator Engineer: Servicing and repairing a wide range of generators (10KVA – 400KVA) in a workshop environment Conducting routine inspections, tests, and diagnostics Ensuring all paperwork and maintenance records are completed accurately Maintaining health and safety standards at all times What They Are Looking For: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems related to generators or heavy plant machinery Qualifications: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent Bonus Skills: Experience with brands like FG Wilson, Cummins, Perkins, CAT, Atlas Copco, Himoinsa, and more If you've worked as a Generator Engineer, Diesel Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Power Generation Engineer, or similar, we want to hear from you A full UK driving license is a plus, as occasional site visits may be required.
