Technical Manager

I am recruiting for a Technical Manager, for a regoinal residential developer, with projects prominantly on the south coast. Responsibilities: Responsible for the Design Management of up to 3 projects Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams Role and requirements: You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size Office based but working on site when required Experience in a Design role with a main contractor Engineering, degree or Project Management background Proficient in Microsoft Salary and benefits: Competative salary Company car or car allowance Pension scheme Discretionary bonus If you are interested in this role please apply
