Exciting Contracts Manager opportunity across London & Essex for a Principal Contractor specialising in high quality refurbishment works including; commercial, industrial, retail and residential schemes. About the role of Contracts Manager: Working on commercial projects valued £1 - £15 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, fit out, cut carve and refurbishment.
