Key Responsibilities Drive new business by crafting tailored proposals, presentations, and strategic outreach. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients across both business and lifestyle sectors. Effectively manage your sales diary, prioritising tasks to maximise productivity. Collaborate with the team to help shape the business strategy and achieve collective goals. About You Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for developing client relationships. A proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Familiarity with the Gloucestershire business community and local networks is a plus. Background in media, marketing, technology, recruitment, or professional services is preferred. Previous experience in advertising, sponsorship, or event sales is a bonus.
