Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic recruitment advice tailored to their needs. Manage the full recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to placement and beyond. Requirements A university degree with a strong background or interest in finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals in the finance industry. A results-driven attitude, with the determination to succeed in a target-oriented environment. Prior experience in recruitment or sales is beneficial but not essential.
