Performance Optimisation: Analyse eCommerce performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to enhance conversion rates, SEO, UX, CRO, and digital marketing initiatives. Omnichannel Experience: Collaborate across departments to create a seamless customer journey that integrates digital and offline experiences, focusing on our app's launch and optimisation. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists, ensuring the highest standards of performance and innovation.About You: Proven track record of leading eCommerce transformations.
