The team work on a number of existing schemes and have many exciting projects in the pipeline across residential, commercial, retail, leisure and education sectors. As part of the Reading Planning team, you will contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and planning project coordination for a range of high-profile clients. Candidate Requirements MRTPI Chartership. Existing private or public sector planning experience. Existing experience in mentoring junior Planners. Commercial approach with the ability to apply your planning knowledge effectively within the wider property context. Excellent analytical and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively. What's on offer Competitive starting salary.
