Head of Engineering with current hands on full stack development (Python, PHP, JavaScript, AWS) experience and strong team leadership skills is sought on a hybrid basis by a high growth PaaS scale up based in Manchester. With over five years of growth this organisation have revolutionized data insights accessibility for their international retail and e-commerce clients resulting in global growth. As the team adds additional platform functionality this Head of Engineering will work closely with the Head of Data and Product on developing a robust yet flexible technical roadmap whilst driving best practice, workflow management and an autonomous, entrepreneurial culture across the engineering team.
