The Role The position of FP&A Analyst can be described as a hybrid role split between: Preparation of monthly reporting packs & analysis Business partnering with both senior and non-financial stakeholders It’s imperative the individual is analytically minded, and diligent to produce bullet-through packs including KPI’s, trends, MI, sales, revenue, costs, budgets & forecasts. It’s also critical the successful individual isn’t scared to interact and influence with senior stakeholders to aid direction, strategy & decision making.
