Network Permit Administrator

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate would benefit from a Streetworks/permittingorTelecommunications/Utilityindustrybackground(althoughnotessential). This role is office based in either our Bristol or Cramlington office, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with the field-based engineeringteamstoensurethemonitoring,permitcoordination&theimplementation&trackingof rolling build programmes across the portfolio. Goodcommunicationisessentialtothisrole,asthesuccessfulcandidatewouldberequiredtoliaisewith the operational teams, sub-contractors, senior management team & the local authority. We are looking for anindividual who hasgood administrationbackground who can manage&ownthis workstream.Theywillbeexpectedtostructureandimprovetheprocessesinthedepartmentandfully understand the operational needs in the department. Youwillbe partofawideradministrationteam,whoworktogetherwiththeoperationalteamstodeliver build opportunities across the South West & South Wales. KEYSKILLS& RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the Engineering Teams to raise, manage & track permits Creation & amendment of rolling programmes Monitor & track the progress of any defects arising from the builds Risk Register / Action Log management Monitor build programme deadlines Work with Engineering Teams to identify TTROs & Traffic Management requirements Create & monitor daily team whereabouts WorkingwiththeDeliveryManageronresource allocation PERSON&SKILLS SPECIFICATION Experience in permit raising is not essential Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office Outstanding attention to detail Ability to multi- task Good interpersonal skills Self-motivated, result driven and thrives in a busy working environment Processing information effectively Flexible approach to changing needs of business Goodcommunicationskillsbothwrittenand verbal Avonline Networks operates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of M Group Services.
