Finishing Manager

Job Title: Finishing Site Manager Location: Reading Rate: £250 Start date - Jan 2025 We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finishing Site Manager to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You will oversee the final stages of construction, ensuring all finishes meet or exceed quality standards, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Must have experience in Auditing on site. Manage and supervise all finishing works on-site, ensuring high standards of quality. Plan, schedule, and oversee daily site activities during the finishing phase. Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to maintain progress and standards. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders. Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of finishing processes, materials, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in [specific software, e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant tools].
